Mike Salisbury, Managing Director
Queensland born Mike Salisbury joined RemServ in April 2008. Mike has 20 years' experience in the financial service sector, including a long and successful career at AAMI. As RemServ's Managing Director, Mike is dedicated to building strong and mutually rewarding relationships with clients. He is focused on leading the RemServ team to unmatched levels of service quality and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all our customers. "At RemServ we pride ourselves on being the number 1 provider of salary packaging services in Queensland, and we will work tirelessly to maintain this position."

Leisa Lance, Business Systems Manager
Leisa Lance is responsible for information technology and systems service provision. Leisa has over 20 year's experience in customer service and help desk management, ten of which are with RemServ. In her ten year tenure with RemServ Leisa has held roles including, Corporate Services Manager and Contact Centre Manager, providing her with a well versed understanding of salary packaging and the RemServ business. She specialises in co-ordination of systems development and support for client requirements and service delivery.

Fiona Gundry, Sales & Relationship Manager
Fiona Gundry joined RemServ in April 2007 as Customer Service Manager - Administration and made the transition to Sales and Relationship Manager in 2011. Fiona is responsible for the Customer Education Team and Relationship Management. She has over 9 years experience in customer service delivery and is skilled at developing high performance teams that excel at delivering quality customer service. Prior to joining RemServ, Fiona held customer service positions at VitalCall, Citistreet and BOC.

Duncan Thomson, Customer Service Manager - Contact Centre
Duncan Thomson has been with RemServ as Customer Service Manager - Contact Centre since October 2005. He has over 10 years' experience in the financial services industry and specialises in customer service and call centre management. Duncan's focus is on delivering outstanding service in line with the Contact Centre's vision: 'Exceptional Customer Service...Consistently'. He led the RemServ team to win the ATA Queensland Contact Centre of the Year (under 50 seats) in 2009 and 2007.

Kylie Pashen, Customer Services Manager - Administration
Kylie Pashen is RemServ's Customer Services Manager - Administration. Prior to joining RemServ in may 2011, Kylie gained over 7 years' experience in customer service delivery within the insurance industry. Kylie brings with her a strong focus on building and maintaining a culture that values the customer and strives for excellence. With proven skills in process design and improvement, Kylie has also improved service and reduced costs at a number of companies she has worked for. Prior to joining RemServ, Kylie held positions at AAMI and RACQ.

Kate Hamilton, HR Manager
Kate Hamilton joined RemServ as the Human Resource Manager in March 2007. Prior to joining RemServ, Kate worked on a number of key human resource projects for companies such as CSIRO and the RSPCA. Kate is experienced at developing and implementing HR policies as well as negotiating and mediating issues that result in improved outcomes for the employer and employee. Kate is also skilled at driving organisational and cultural change and manages the recruitment drive to support the continued growth of RemServ.

Nicola Pierotti, Marketing Manager
Nicola Pierotti joined RemServ as Marketing Manager in August 2007. Nicola has 8 years' experience in marketing, communications and events and has held marketing communication roles with Hays Recruitment and Accor Hotels. Nicola is committed to developing clear communications for all RemServ customers in order to demystify salary packaging and help employees better understand the benefits.

Jacqui Wirth, Relationship Manager
Jacqui Wirth joined RemServ in 2008 and specialises in relationship management. She has over 10 years' experience in sales, finance and project management and previously held positions with BUPA Australia Group, Brown-Forman and Dun & Bradstreet. Jacqui is committed to developing customised initatives and strategies with employers to help them make the most of their workplace benefits program.

James McAllen, Relationship Manager
James McAllen joined RemServ in 2000 and has worked in various areas of the business, including as part of the Learning and Development Team. James commenced his role as Relationship Manager in May 2011 and has a focus on new client implementation, to ensure each workplace benefit program is established effectively. He also acts as RemServ's Financial Adviser Liaison. With over 17 years' customer service experience James is dedicated to delivering high quality communication and support to RemServ clients.

Robert Colgate, IT Manager
Robert Colgate is the IT Manager of RemServ and has more than 30 years experience in the IT industry. Robert's broad skill set includes programming and systems development, environmental infrastructure and design, disaster recovery and business resumption. Prior to joining RemServ, Rob held senior positions with companies such as Toyota Marketing Company, Tongaat Foods Distributors and PKF Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors.
